Terms of Use for Alexa Skills

This agreement is between you and Temp Stick (in this agreement, "Company" ,"the Company", "Us" or "We") and governs your use of the Skills built by Company on Amazon's Alexa service ("Alexa") on any Alexa-enabled device (the "Skills"). This agreement applies in addition to any other policy contract or agreement that you may have with Us or which applies to you. It does not replace any other benefit contract or agreement you may have with Us or which applies to you.

Before using Skills built by Company, please review these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy for Alexa Skills built by Temp Stick, available here. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety, do not use the Skills built by Us.

Privacy and confidentiality

By authorizing Alexa's access to your Temp Stick information through Account Linking, you are granting permission for the Alexa Skill to access and use your account information. This may expose potentially sensitive or personal information and may allow someone to make changes to your account settings without your knowledge. Your use of the Alexa Skill will be considered your authorization for these activities.

You understand and accept that it is possible for someone else to use these Alexa Skills through your device(s) without your consent. Additionally, someone may overhear your interactions with Alexa and thereby learn information about your Temp Stick account. You accept the risk that someone may use Alexa to make changes to your account or otherwise learn privileged information. Additionally, it is possible that Alexa (and the equipment) and/or Amazon will record your interactions with the Skills or with Alexa. We encourage you to review your agreements with Amazon to learn how Amazon uses the information that you provide to Alexa.

Third party security

By using this Alexa Skill, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the access of all Alexa device(s) and the usage of the Temp Stick skill on Alexa. You assume all risks associated with the use of this skill and agree to hold us harmless from any and all liabilities that may arise from the use of this skill.

Accuracy

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information you receive from Alexa or by using the Skill. Alexa and your Alexa-enabled device were not designed or manufactured by Us, and Alexa uses software that was not designed by Us and over which we have no control. As such, it is possible that Alexa may not hear you properly, may misinterpret what you say, or may say something to you that is different than the information We provided to Alexa in response to your question. By accepting our Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information you receive from Alexa or by using the Skill.

Requirements

By accessing and/or using the Skills, you confirm that you have an Alexa-enabled device, an internet connection, and an Amazon account and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Skills. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to access or use the Skills.

Release of Information

By installing and using the Skills built by Us, you agree that Amazon may use your information to complete your request through Alexa and you authorize Us to share with Amazon the information we require to complete your request. When you use the Skills built by Us, the information that is communicated to Alexa is shared with Amazon and is then sent to Us. We then send the information which you have requested to Amazon, which is then communicated back to you through Alexa. Both Amazon and the Company use the internet to communicate with one another. Company's use of your information is governed by Company's Privacy Policy for Alexa Skills. Please note that there is always a risk involved with the transmission of data using the internet, and we cannot control data that passes through 3rd-parties such as Amazon from Temp Stick. If you do not agree that Amazon may receive and use your information, do not use the Skills built by Us.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Skills or any part of it at any time, without prior notice to you. We do not guarantee that the Skills will always be available. If we update these Terms of Use, the revised version will be available in the description of the Skills in your Alexa App. By continuing to use the Skills, you signify your acceptance of the changes.

Termination

You agree not to use the Alexa Skill for any malicious or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Alexa Skill at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee access to the Alexa Skill or its availability.

Temp Stick Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

By using the Temp Stick Alexa Skill, you agree to be bound by the Temp Stick Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your usage of the Skill is acknowledgement of your acceptance of these Terms.

BY USING THE SKILLS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SKILLS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IN RELATION TO THE SKILLS IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION AS TO FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ALEXA SKILL WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY AND DUE TO SOFTWARE DEFECTS OR SYSTEM AVAILABILITY, THE SKILL MAY MALFUNCTION OR BE UNAVAILABLE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF USING THE SKILL AND YOU MUST VERIFY ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE. IDEAL SCIENCES AND TEMP STICK PROVIDE AN INFORMATION SERVICE AS AN AID AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, USEFULNESS OR AVAILABILITY OF THIS INFORMATION.
